Cliddesden Charity Conker Bash + Fireworks & Bonfire: Saturday 24th Oct 2015 Aerial View with route marked in red Gits Attending = Keith, Alan O, Andrew, Sandra, Janet, Alan C, Roy & Hayley Looks like they are going to have a very full weekend - Saturday morning... Keith was worried... "I hope I can eat it all" - Where does he put it? Gits all Happy & Replete - ready to Conker Anything! Watch out - the Gits are about - where the heck are they now? Oh No! They found their way to the Bombay Gin Distillery! - Website I hope they don't have too many samples before the knuckle-bashing begins this evening! Feeling "Comfortably Numb" they then migrate to the Jolly Farmer for Cheesy Chips - obviously a serious attempt to "Carb Up" before this major athletic event! Somebody (or perhaps several somebodies) clearly did not have enough gin! Not to worry - it looks like Linda has laid in plentiful supplies of food & drink! I spy 2 gallons of cider - they must be expecting Arfur! Looks like a good crowd turned up - hope there was enough booze! Janet and Alan wrapped up warm and kept an eye on poor old Guido Keith and Sandra in action - not sure who conkered whom there!!! Hooray - everybody likes a good bonfire - that looks like Big Andrew & Alan C Hullo - why are all the kids running away from Keith? I think Janet was trying to keep warm!
